REVIEW:
I liked this class a lot and would have continued another session but I had to go back to work. The instructor is good and it doesn't feel like exercise. The class is a good mix of "me time" and "baby time". I feel like I was (finally) doing something for myself. I didn't know about this until my son was 9 months old and I wish I had known about it earlier so I thought I should write to you about it. The only drawback is that the times are not always ideal with nap times but Liam was not always ideal with naptimes either!

"I'm really liking it actually - I was skeptical at first that I would enjoy getting into a bathing suit every week, but (MY BABY) has a blast and the exercising part of it is fun, not torturous! :) The instructor is great as well."
