Recently a friend of mine and I were talking about products and she said "I want a sample of it before I buy it" I was like "wait a second...I totally have a sample!" She was amazed that I received so many free goodies for my baby. Some of the sites I have used to get some samples and some coupons are:
I recommend that you be a little choosy about what you sign up for and make sure to not give out your info to a non-reputable company or a sketchy site--but you would be amazed by some of the samples you can get and even better--if you use a brand all the time (eg: huggies, pampers) and sign up for their membership you will get some great coupons throughout the year. I have never paid full price for a pack of disposable diapers...there are always coupons for the big brands!
Obviously you can go directly to the sites as well--just make sure you indicate your country to get the deals that are relevant to you.
For the moms-to-be out there you will be amazed at how some coupons just "find you" and arrive at your door. Check them out before you chuck them--$3 off a pack of diapers is a deal that you will only learn to appreciate once you have kids!
And then something that may seem obvious to people who are not sleep deprived (obviously not my mommy group because this idea only struck us this week) is that since you may receive coupons for brands you don't use but someone else does--pass them over and soon enough you can create a coupon exchange to maximize the amount of coupons you get and then you can use more before they expire! Today I passed along a Nestle GoodStart coupon--and I can't believe how many of these I have thrown away in the past when one of the moms I see every week uses Good Start.
