The class was fun and was a surprisingly good workout (especially when the baby got bigger!). You need to have a good carrier—I started off with a baby bjorn and switched to a Beco. When the whole class was there—the class was small. We received a free cd and sticker. Very cute: the instructor took a class picture on the last day and sent it to our email (nice touch). The course is flexible—if you miss a class you can do a make-up and it is very easy to arrange. The instructor was enthusiastic and it was good to get out and move! Bring water—you will need it!
